Champion products are sold direct. Tell us the product — or just describe the space you need to cover — and we'll confirm availability, the current price and delivery before anything is committed.
For multi-camera installations, send a rough layout: how many entrances, indoor or outdoor, whether there is power at each point. That's usually enough for us to specify the cameras, the switch and the cards in one go.

Common questions
Setup and sizing
The questions that come up most often once a camera is out of the box.
The V380 and V380 Pro apps, available for mobile, tablet, laptop and desktop. One account can hold multiple cameras across different locations, so a home and a shop can sit side by side in the same view.
Cameras accept a microSD card up to 128GB. Choose a V30 A2 U3 rated card: continuous recording depends on sustained write speed, not the peak figure printed on the front of cheap cards. A card that can't keep up is the single most common reason footage isn't there when it's needed.
Champion memory cardsNot for the Wi-Fi models. They include their own Wi-Fi and record to a microSD card, so there is no NVR and no extra networking hardware to buy. For a wired multi-camera installation, a Champion PoE switch carries data and power over a single cable per camera.
Work from the power budget, not the port count. The CP-PGE208N class of switch provides 125W total across its PoE ports under IEEE 802.3af/at. Divide that by the draw of each camera and leave headroom — a switch running at its limit is a switch that drops cameras on a hot afternoon.
Some of them. The bullet, 3-lens PTZ and solar models are built for outdoor use. The PTZ Bulb Camera has a dust-resistant plastic housing and is intended for indoor or sheltered positions — a covered porch is fine, an exposed wall is not. Product pages state which is which.

Champion Wi-Fi IP cameras are manufactured to our specification and imported directly from China, rather than bought through local intermediaries.
