Infrared night vision
A ring of infrared LEDs surrounds the lower lens. When the light drops, the camera switches over and keeps recording — the footage stays usable through the night, which is when most of it actually gets reviewed.

Installation
Nothing to install. Screw it in.
Most home cameras never get fitted. The camera arrives, and then it waits for someone with a drill, a ladder and a spare afternoon.
This one threads into the E27 socket you already have — a corridor light, a porch fitting, a stairwell bulb. The socket becomes the mount and the power supply at the same time. Connect it to Wi-Fi from the app, and the installation is finished.

Coverage
Two lenses, so there's no back of the room.
A single fixed lens always leaves a corner out. The bulb camera carries two — an upper lens and a lower lens — and the head pans and tilts on command from the app.
Between them the two lenses reach a full 360°, which is why one unit in a hallway or above a shop counter can do the job that would otherwise take three fixed cameras and a switch to power them.

Wi-Fi, on its own
The camera brings its own Wi-Fi radio. It joins the network you already have — no NVR, no dedicated recorder, no extra networking box to buy or configure.
Records to a card, not to a subscription
Footage is written to a microSD card in the camera, up to 128GB. There is no monthly fee and no cloud account you have to keep paying for. Use a V30 A2 U3 card — sustained write speed is what continuous recording depends on.
